Fees Policy

  • Learner Agreed the price with the course co-ordinator
  • After Agreed instalment cannot be changed and have to follow the monthly plan given by the college
  • No Learner can disrespect the staff of PLC, if the learner is disrespectful with the staff College has rights to terminate the learner from the course
  • Ones the learner is registered with the assigned cohort, the learner cannot change the cohort, if the learner wants to change the cohort or missed the classes and wanted to change the cohort the learner must re-register him/her self with new cohort and pay the re-registration fee to the college
  • Learner must pay the course fee on time, those who did not pay the fee on agreed time they will not be allowed to sit in the exams.
  • Failure to pay the fee and want to break in learning, (online learning access will be revoked)
  • For the practical GP session if the learner cancelled or did not turn up to the GP practical session learner have to pay the fee again to complete the practical. If there is an emergency, learner must inform the college 48 hours before the practical.
  • To get the certificate of the course learner must be paid the full course fee.

E-Learning Platform Refund Policy

  • Once a student has enrolled in the e-learning platform and received their login credentials from Presidency London College, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures access to all digital learning resources and maintains the integrity of our educational services.

Violating the E-Learning Platform Refund Policy may lead to the following consequences:

  1. No Reimbursement – Once login credentials are issued, refund requests will not be considered, regardless of the reason. This ensures fairness and consistency across all enrolled students.
  2. Loss of Access – If a student attempts to dispute the policy through unauthorized means (such as chargebacks or payment reversals), their access to the e-learning platform may be revoked.
  3. Administrative Review – Any attempts to bypass the policy, including fraudulent refund requests, could be subject to review by the college administration, potentially affecting future enrollment or course access.
  4. Legal Implications – In cases of fraud or policy violations that involve financial misconduct, the institution reserves the right to take legal action in accordance with applicable laws.


Plagiarism policy

  • We view this as academic theft, and any incident will be taken extremely seriously and result in the student being removed from the course/programme with no refund of fees.  The professional body associated with the qualification will also be informed of any proven incident.

 

Student Commitment Policy

  • We have a reasonable expectation that students work consistently towards a successful outcome.  We reserve the right to cancel the place of a student who consistently fails to make satisfactory progress or to meet deadlines. No refund of fees received will be made in such circumstances. Participation in any course requires that you understand spoken English, and that you can read and write proficiently in English.
  • Where a student, for a genuine and acceptable reason, cannot attend sufficient workshops The College will endeavor to provide a suitable alternative, although this may require attendance at a different venue and may incur additional fees.

Student Awarding Body Registration Policy

  • Student must complete the course under the given timeline, failed to complete the course in give time frame learner must have to re-register the course with awarding body.
